How to apply for NBI clearance in Baguio city. Tired of waiting in line for your turn for NBI application? worry no more because the government allows online application. This 2017, appointment is already mandatory and you cannot get an NBI clearance without it. It is really easy and faster to book your appointment online.
Step 1: Apply Online (important)

For new applicants, choose that option and fill out the form. The form is about your personal information. You will be asked to schedule your appearance, choose a date from the calendar and choose Baguio Branch NBI. You will then choose a method of payment such as bank deposit, , Bayad Center, Online Banking, 7-11, EC pay and some other forms of payment. After you choose your payment option you will be directed to a page containing your name, reference number, and an indication that your payment is pending. Print the form if you choose to pay using what method you chose(optional).
Step 2: Pay the Amount
Depending on the purpose of your application, you need to pay P165. Bayad centers can be located in Western Union shop, LBC, etc. If you will pay in LBC, present the print out form. You can also pay in Banks/ 7-11/ etc. Just make sure that you paid already before you go to NBI.
Step 3: Print the Verified form
After you pay, go back to the same website and log in. Choose transactions and you will see that your application is indicated as Paid. Print that out and go to NBI. Bring your receipt with you in case they need it. Instead of printing out the form, you may get a screenshot on your form containing the reference number.
If you have your old NBI Clearance, bring it with you.
Step 3 Get your NBI Clearance
NBI is near SM so it is easy to find. Go there and bring your form with you. Tell the security guard that you applied online and they will tell you to get a number inside (memorize the number). Wait for your number to be called. They will get your picture, finger prints, and signature.
Step 4. Wait for your NBI Clearance and Your Done
