What are the difficulties that Minimalist are facing?

What are the difficulties that Minimalist are facing

The number one thing that prevents any person from being a minimalist is peer pressure (including social media). Why? Because they teach us how to behave like them every single time. They will to us what to do, what to think, what to buy, and what to believe in. They deleted individualism and created a cult where it is mandatory for all people to be just like them – to ride a bandwagon of trends.

Everytime we want to do something we want, they will criticize us and say that our idea is stupid. It is stupid because it is not going with the flow. Our brain is full of ideas but they will just rot because we allow others to dictate what we want. Minimimalist should rise above that. We have our own ideas, we want to be conscious of what truly matters in our lives. We do not want to follow something just because it is trendy, we want to follow it because it benefits us. That is minimalism. We do not dwell on what other people think.

We do not want to upgrade our phone to new trend because we know that we do not need any “new” features. However, people will say discourage us and tell us how crappy our brain is. We do not want to follow the trend of buying unnecessary things, yet people will say that we are poor and stupid.

What are the difficulties that Minimalist are facing?

Our biggest enemy is other people’s criticism. They want us to do what they want to do. But is that how we should live? Based on judgment from others? We should live base on what is truly essential without giving any F**k to what other people are saying. Those people are living like zombies, following trends aimlessly. We are not like that, we live with our own decisions. That decisions is to value the things precious to us, to gather what is important, necessary, and beneficial to our lives. Leave all the comments from people, they will not make you happy by following them. You will be happy with conscious life.

What are the difficulties that Minimalist are facing and How will you face it? Strength against other people’s ideas comes from your inner strength. Be confident on your own idea. Remember that this is your life, not theirs. Your future and well being depends on you and not on their opinion of what is cool and what is not. It is time to ignore those criticisms, accept those that will help build a better you and reject those that destroys you.
